This Ownership Transfer Agreement (the "Agreement") is made voluntarily and entered into on the date mentioned above by and between:
Transferor: FA EMON (Current Owner & Founder)
Transferees: Salman and Rabbi (New Joint Owners)
I, FA EMON, out of my own free will and volition, hereby officially transfer, assign, and hand over all ownership rights, administrative controls, and responsibilities of the digital business known as "ProTrust Host" to Salman and Rabbi. The Transferees voluntarily accept full ownership and all associated operational responsibilities from this day forward.
The following technical assets, server access, and administrative credentials are fully surrendered to the Transferees:

By signing this agreement, Salman and Rabbi agree to take full responsibility for maintaining server uptime, resolving client issues, ensuring data privacy, and managing all future financial obligations related to ProTrust Host. FA EMON shall no longer hold any liability, administrative authority, or financial claim over the transferred assets.
